First Franklin Properties has specialized in Indianapolis area real estate since 1993, and is currently an Indiana Limited Liability company. Owned and operated by two Indiana licensed real estate brokers with over 30 years of combined experience, the company puts sole focus on quality home ownership for its customers. First Franklin independently acquires and renovates each home. Frequent renovations include new carpeting and flooring, updated kitchens & baths, new fixtures and fresh paint. Purchase options include outright purchasing or an individualized rent-to-buy program for interested buyers who need additional time to obtain a mortgage. The rent to buy program enables buyers to immediately reside in a home prior to obtaining a mortgage. Though our specialty is in selling homes, MAR Investments, LLC was established in 2002 to rent selected homes to those individuals who are not interested in home ownership.
